Does felony deferred adjudication for RX fraud show up on criminal background check for adoption home studies?

I completed the terms of my probation in 2006 (released 1 year early). I was never convicted.

And there is the catch...b/c u were NOT convicted, u r not eligible for an expunction.  Like that?  I don't know about adoption, but in general a DA plea is seen just as a conviction, especially a felony.  I feel your pain.  It has been 14 years for me, things have not improved.  You should look online, read up, educate yourself, and always be upfront, as this will always be on your criminal record, as the law is now.
