Does florida have 3 day right of recision on buying boats?

I don't believe the 3 day thing applies to boats, cars etc.  I believe this only applies to "door to door" salespersons selling magazines, etc to you at your residence and to anyting that may cause a lien on your property such as a home improvement contract.

I agree with Oskar.  In Georgia buying a boat is like buying a car.  Once you take possession it is yours.  You can talk to the dealer if not satisfied.  Just ask if they can help in anyway.
