Does foundation trigger pimples?

because i just use a face shop foundation and pimples start to pop out..?or maybe because of other reason such as hormon changes..etc?

Probably those pimples can be because of some internal factors but still you can use an oil free foundation which wont encourage or aggravate pimples:)

alot of foundations block pores, so look for ones that dont

it depends on what's in the foundation.  see if there is any oil in it.  if there is, then your answer is probably yes.  also, leaving it on for more than eight hours or so will clog up your pores and cause you to break out.  try to find a water-based foundation next time.

ps. lanolin is a form of oil. it's basically pig fat.

yes yes and yes   to stop this happening put cold water on your face (then dry it ) then put the foundation on as the cold water will close your pours and stop the foundation getting into them

Yes it is possible. Your foundation could of trigger the problem if its too old or you wear it too long it can cause your pours to clog and build up dirt trigger pimples.

Foundation can clog your pores causing build up and then pimples.  Make sure you are washing it all off at night. I use baby wipes and then my normal cleaner.  And try a lighter foundation like a mineral foundation.  Everyday Minerals is amazing, it's the first foundation I have been able to use that doesn't cause pimples.

yes foundation ruins your face completely regardless of the brand.i never had a problem with pimples but now i have many due to foundation.

Pimples can come because of hormones, but they can also come from using the wrong foundation. If your skin is oily, then try using a non-oily foundation... or don't use it at all, that would be best. :)
