  1. I don't know what insurance company the dude above me has... but..... all MAJOR carriers are going to cover your accident regardless if something was found in the car at all.  Of course, your rates are liekly going to sky-rocket after. But, a criminal offense that was part of the accident DOES NOT make them deny the claim.

A site I've recommended in the past would be...

    Hope that helps.

  2. As long as you were not charged with DUI or under influence of CDS while driving, the short answer is no. However, be fully aware that insurance companies, on new policies or renewals, are looking much harder at risk and carriers are doing more background/lifestyle checking that even a few years ago. They are looking at your credit history for sure and some are looking at criminal records to cull out habitual alcohol and drug abusers. The thinking is that, given enough time or "opportunity" those types of risks are not worth taking on as they lead to increased likelihood of paid claims.

  3. Canada or the US?

    What happened to your car?

if nothing happened but you got pulled over, your car has nothing to do with it.

  4. YOu are not the only one,I have ever met the similiar problem before.I have good experience here though.http://carinsurance.expertsupport.info/a...

  5. Maybe. Ask your agent. You'll be dropped or your rates are going to soar.

  6. I would say not.Your insurer won't pay if he thinks you were under the influence of drugs.
