Does geeksquad keep their service records? They owe me a new computer...

I was wondering if GeekSquad kept old service records and could print them out. I'm about to go in for my 4th problem with my keyboard, and I was told on numerous occasions that my fourth problem would gift me a new computer.

If it were the 4th problem with your MOTHERboard, they might.  Keyboard?  Bah.  They might give you a new keyboard.

Quit slipping sodas into the keyboard and you won't be having those troubles.
