  1. green tea?yuks! its taste like body shampoo.i don't think so it will help you lose weight.

  2. Green tea and seaweed are very separate things and have nothing to do with each other. Green tea is made from the leaves of the tea plant, and is usually grown in hilly regions in inland China or Japan.

Many people find that green tea doesn't taste that great, and most would describe the flavor as "grassy".

If you dislike green tea, a better choice would be white tea, which does not have the strong taste. It also contains three times as much antioxidants as green tea (antioxidants are the reason green tea is considered good for you).

Green tea doesn't help you lose weight. It's a myth that green tea (or any tea) makes the body burn fat much more efficiently. What little effect there is will burn about 6-8 pounds of body weight in a year, but you'd have to drink five cups of tea a day for that whole year.

The only way green tea can help you lose weight is by drinking unsweetened tea instead of sweetened beverages.

  3. its not bad at all

    i love it

it doesnt necisarily help you loose weight it jsut helps burn calories/speed up your metabolism

grapefruit also helps if you'd prefer that

but try green tea hot, if you already have try it cold

but anything added to it takes from the health factor

  4. no green tree leaves

  5. All actual tea comes from the same plant (Camellia Sinensis). The only difference is in how its processed.

The resource link shows you how the various teas are preparred. Black tea is fully fremented, Oolong is partiall fremented, white and green tea are not. White tea is dryed with green tea is not.

  6. No no

  7. The tea is a product of a plant known as C. sinensis, a native of Southeast Asia. The tea brewed from the dried leaves of this plant has been drunk in China. So no, its not seaweed ;)

  8. No it has nothing to do with seaweed.  I think it tastes like what cut grass would taste like, if you made tea from cut grass, but you have to decide what you're willing to do to lose weight.
