Does getting a facial help clear acne scarring?

I have quite a few scars from acne and I'm going to get a facial today. Do you think that it will help clear my skin?

1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.

2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.

3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.

It can. Talk to the person that does you facial. He/she will make recommendations for you. Don't be surprised if you get a pimple or two after your facial. They bring up dirt under the layers of skin. So even though it might give you a pimple or two it needs to be done and your skin will look fantastic in no time!

You are going to love it! It is so relaxing I would rather have a facial then a massage.

No, in fact it may make it worse.  Always see a dermatologist for acne.  You will be happily surprised at how clear your skin can be with some proper care.

Nope.  First of all, you have to be sure that they are scars cause they can also be post-acne marks (brown spot but not scar). If they are scars then I'd suggest bio oil. If not, then use this cream called Ambi fade cream, it has got hydroquinone which is the main ingredient in fading such marks. Don't forget to wear suncreen, sun's ray makes those scars and marks look darker. Hope this helped!

not at all. sometimes depending on how bad the acne is..it can lead to scarring. i do think you should try pro-active or clean&clear astringent it really helps. it also helps keep away the oils.
