  1. No.  You will feel a "tugging" sensation in your jaw area around the tooth which is uncomfortable, but no pain.

  2. not at all i have had tons of my teeth filled the give you Novocain which pinches a little bit but you should be fine! good luck!

  3. Not really.  The sound of the drill is much worse than anything you feel. They deaden the area with a needle usually before they drill anyway

  4. it shouldnt be painful. once you get it numbed and such, you should only feel this weird sensation where you can feel the pressure or the dentist touching your mouth. its pretty cool actully :)

  5. It don't hurt at all. i am 16 and i have had 3 fillings in the past month and i have had 3 of my wisdom teeth cut out. it doesn't hurt if you have some gas. but i don't think it would hurt without it either

  6. it's uncomfortable but not painful, however if it is a deep filling sometimes the tooth becomes sensitive to cold and or hot foods. Beware that the dentist will try to "SELL" you a root canal. Wait if you can 2-3 weeks just watch the temperature of your food and see if the sensitivity improves. Chances are good it will.

  7. The last one I had done was almost painless, the dentist didn't even use novocaine so don't worry. He or she will tell you if there is any decay under the existing filling and if novocaine is necessary (just a pinch, nothing major). Don't worry!

  8. getting the Novocaine can pinch a little. but then you shouldn't get any pain. It does feel weird if they have to drill or grind some tooth, it makes your hole head shake

  9. Not at all. The actual refilling doesn't hurt. It might feel a little weird when they clean it up depending on how big the cavity is.

  10. not during but you feel sensetivity after words to hot and cold food and drinks

  11. no your tuff

  12. No pain, anthough you can feel it.

    You've got nothing to fear

  13. Well, your not in pain but you'll get dizzy. If they give you a shot it'll probably hurt. Hopefully, they give you a gas mask.

  14. No it will not hurt,  The worst will be the little pick of the needle for the freezing, then the "thawing out" process sometimes can be annoying as you spill your drink because you cannot control your lips, people may point and laugh but otherwise you will not have a problem.  If you don't remember the first filling that is a good sign that you did not have pain.

  15. You will be fine!!

I use to be terrified of dentist but nowadays things are so much better..they will make sure you will not feel a thing.

my husband doesn't  even use Novocaine for that procedure! (i do)

it will be easy for you.

  16. No worse than getting the original filling.
