Does getting a tattoo on the left or right pectoral mean anything?

I would go with the right. Left usually means g*y ( but thats just what I've heard).

If you were in a gang or the mob it might mean something...like in Eastern Promises. I think now a days it probably more of a preference thing.

i don't think that there's a meaning of which nipple the tattoo is placed on, but more of what the image or quote is.

No it's just preference as to where you place it.
