Nope, There's literally countless ways of getting high on adrenaline naturally!...chuck yourself out of a perfectly serviceable aeroplane with nothing but a folded up silk sheet on your back (laughingly called a parachute) comes to mind!

Do a track day in a super car or motorcycle......kick a sleeping Tiger in the nuts then run!.........get caught humping you're best friends wife.......go shopping in nothing but a trench coat and shoes.........Join the Army and get shot at by a heroin addicted Taliban.....the list is endless!
