  1. Scholarships are based on overall gpa, class rank, and SATs - 1 C won't hurt assuming you have a good gpa - 95+ or national honor society. My friend got a scholarship - top 10% of class, 2000 SAT and 95gpa but I didnt- 90 gpa, 1900 SAT and top 30%. Hope this helps.
