I think they do,

in my house, things kept moving and we found loads of pictures on our camera of our house and certain parts of the house that we hadn't taken, no one else could have possibly taken them because no one else has access to the camera, also we kept noticing the smell of lard and pipe tobacco in the hall way, when no one in our house smokes, or uses lard,

so oe night we left a camera recording in the living room where most of the object movement had happened, we shut all the doors and didnt come back until the morning, the when we watched back the tape it looked as thought some one was turning the camera a pointing it toward the corner of the room where there was a chair, then we saw flashing ligts go across the screen, like orbs or somthing,

we had the film analised and what was on it was rel, it wasnt the recorder playing up, then we decided to ask a medium to come to our house, she started walking round then started to fell a tightness in her chest, and couldnt breathe, she was feeling the symptoms of a heart attack, and the second she left our house they stopped, she said she saw an elderly man sitting in the corner of the room on the chair that our camera had turned to point at,

she said she had never seen or felt anything like it,

we did abit of research and asked around, it tuns out there was this old man who lived in the house before our previous owners who died of a heart attack and used to smoke a pipe, and who used to have a fry up every morning for breakfast (hence the tobbacco and lard smell)

we couldnt believe it, the medium came back and "spoke to him" and he left, supposedly,

i dont no whether we were just sucked in by it all but things were moving and there is no way the medium could have faked the heart attack syptoms!

i dont thin they will ever be proven, i think they are like everything else magicall u have tt believe in them to make them real.

its weird you just asked this question.

But im at work all on my own :-(

and the cleaner has just came in, and she just asked me if i went upstairs while she was cleaning, bcuz she said the door upstairs opened on its own and then closed again!

And she thought id popped upstairs!

but i hadnt.....

and the doors have one of them weird security things on em, and you really have to push them to open them!

So it couldnt of been the wind....freaky!

There is no conclusive evidence either way (much like god), therefore it's mostly opinion.

I think they may be daemons trying to get people into spiritism (but that's just my opinion)

ive seen a ghost there real.i was at my friends house and we were playing the ouija board and me and him sal the same ghost she was a little girl then me and this other friend play it in the same room and we both see the little girl i sal her again.me and the thd friend i play the ouija board with.the ghost answered are questions and then the ghost moved his chair me and frend almost pissed are pants.i used the ouija board my self and it moved by its self that proves that ghost are real.

if you mean by ghost human soul, will then since all humans have soul, then they exist. human soul gets free when human dies, but alive people can't see it, and can't communicate with it. so I don't believe in creatures that can frighten humans.
