hey im just wondering ive been going the gym for a month or two now and at the start of it i was 12 stone 6, but since ive been going im now 13 stone 4 so ive put on half a stone, is this muscle and is it normal to gain so much weight from going to the gym?before i went the gym i was always 12 stone 6 and never gained or lost so im just worried.
