  1. Ask whoever gave you the gold card.


  2. It probably does, but if you have to make a medical declaration you may find it may invalidate it. If you have no outstanding medical problems and had nothing recently it should be fine, but otherwise check with your bank´s insurers first.

  3. I think so,! But please check with the company that issued you the gold card to make absolutely sure. For health apply for your countries EUROPEAN HEALTH INSURANCE CARD  this replaced the E1 11 if your from the UK.!
