Does golds gym give u a appointment the first time u join?

cus they gave me 1 is it normal?i thought u just go get enrolled and than u just go in and do ur own thing ? and i didnt even ask for a trainer i got the 2 year agreement for 30 something a month

if you want to losse your body fat without the help of the golds ******* gym,  just master bate evry day and make a habit that a good kind of daily exercise and i asure that it will b3 effective to you
