Does google do donmain hosting?

If i register my domain with google to save the name for a health team I am planning to start in 3 yrs from now....CAn i do the hosting of the domain with google itself?? and once i register the domain will it show up on a search engine??

You can point the domain to blogspot.com, which is a google site.  You can put some content on it and let it sit until you're ready to go in 3 years.
