Does gordon ramsay still cook as a head chef?

It looks like he's now a business man purely. He probably only cooks if he's payed alot or if it's for a very important person. I've looked at all his resurants on his website, and in not a single one is he head chef !

No - not as a full time head chef, very rarely does he cook in his restaurants.
