  1. Not unless you had already a condition where earth gravity was injurious to you

we are designed ( God or accident) for 1G, and pretty much we work quite well here.

Astronauts who have had weightlessness, or more accurately very low gravity, have had several problems when returning. Also a lot of our digestion and lymph systems rely on gravity assistance to function well

  2. it would depend on what you die from if you die because you have been cripled and cant move and there is no one to take care of you, but if it is of old age im pritty sure that you would live for the same amount of time if not less due to calsium defishency.

  3. thats a very difficult question you ask.

Weightlessness is shown to degrade the function of our hearts as less force is required to pump the blood around the body.

Also bones and muscles degenerate as they are no longer required to oppose gravity.

Conversely more gravity would mean more stress is placed upon the heart, bones and muscles. This may end up shortening lifespans as well, but that is pure conjecture.

As a person, we physically adapt to the environment that surrounds us. Whether some condition causes extra longevity is very difficult to measure. we can trend things with statistics but even if one person lives a long time under certain conditions, that does not prove that it was those conditions that caused the long life.

Ponder this and ask another question.

(healthy eating, laughter, relaxation/lack of stress have all been fingered in longer lifes, but proof cannot be claimed unless a really big sample of people was recorded and analysed accurately.)

  4. yes of course it does, our evolution occurred in presence of gravity. Meaning that gravity was an environmental factor affecting the way we evolved and our bodies formed. the valves in our vessels is an example(they are there so that blood wouldn't get pushed back downwards due to gravity).our bodies won't last long in absence of a gravitational force.
