  1. drinking like 5 cups of the stuff a day will burn about 80 calories. it burns calories but not enough to really make a difference in weight loss

    it makes your more healthy.

    green tea itself, wont make you lose weight

    it have been said to help raise your metabolism

    like i said, not enough to make a huge difference

    drink it anyways, its healthy and no calories.
