It could because you sing from your diaphragm and you have to take deep breathes and if you are having stomach pains it very well can affect your singing!

No. You don't sing from your stomach. You sing from your thought or your chest(chest if you sing correctly).

It depends. What is your stomach problem? It cannot affect your singing, but it can affect your breathing. If taking in deep breathes hurts or pains your in anyway, it will cause you to not breathe from the diaphragm but you can still sing... just not correctly.
