Does having your child around all day mess up your s*x life?

My daughter is home all day everyday. Me and my man don't get a break. It's kind of messing with our s*x life because she is constantly around. Is there anyone out there with the same problem? And how do you deal with it?

No it doesn't. Our children sleep in there own rooms. How old is your daughter?

How old is she?  well a mom of 3 kids, my husband and I do quickies, or wait till everyone is asleep in order to make love, hey life is not the same when you have kids, you just learn to work around things.  Good Luck.

Well you've answered your question. Why dont you leave her at her granparents house so you and your man can have some quality time. Get someone to baby sit. Doesn't she have school/nursery, etc? And im sure she must sleep sometime! Just do it then.

How old is your daughter?  If she's old enough to supervise herself who is stopping you from going into your bedroom and closing the door?

ETA:  Sounds like you are a kid yourself.  Children come first, period.  Yep, they take up lots of time and require all the attention and that is what they deserve.  Second, you are living in your step-fathers house, he isn't required to leave.  It's his house.

Have s*x once she goes to bed. Of course having a child around makes it a bit more difficult, you just have to work around that.

my man and I have 3 girls we r parents 24-7 but we have a hot s*x life even after 8 years together first of all depending on how old you child is she should understand the birds and bees and that it's normal for couples to have s*x just be respectful close your door and ask your partner for a back rub out loud so not to b so obvious you can take a shower call and ask your partner to wash your back and get a quiet quickie in or wait till she goes to sleep you just have to be creative and quiet as not to make her feel uncomfortable I hope I shed some light for you if all else fails have her spend the night at a friends house or family members for a couple nights a month

i'm off age to deal with this but perhaps you can send your daughter to her grandparents for a while... or perhaps let her go out with some friends, visit some friends outside, also while she's at school or kindergarten whatever. + i hope you're not that noisy i mean you can still do it while she's sleeping, taking a shower together is alright as well. good luck

2 things that work for my husband and I:

1.  Quiet time, the kids have to read, write, play in their rooms or something for at least an hour a day.  This gives us some peace and quiet and private time.

2.  Date night.  We plan a date night at least once or twice a month to help us get out and be with each other.  This is important in a relationship since kids can consume a lot of time.
