He stares at me when we're all together with our friends. And he touched my hair, and he'll turn and look at me when we and friends were playing game in game place. And he laughed at what I was saying.

Then like we were in food court with friend, and he said something about I could call his friends a d**k fore cause they where bein mean to him. And I did, but then like he talked to me. And we all started talking. Does he like me something? He has a gf so I think he likes me as a friend. What you think? I know don't go out and cheat, but if he breaks up with gf then I will go out with him.

he probably doesn't know how you feel i did that with this one girl and once i told her that I really liked her she broke up with her boy friend and we are still going out, so all you need to do is tell him how you feel

Maybe he is interested in you or maybe he's being flirtatious, but he's definitely off-limits. It's his call. He's the one with the girlfriend. But don't wait up on this guy.
