In my class, there is a guy i like. The guy i like keeps on disturbing me by playing with my hair or taking my things that i have 2 chase him around the class trying 2 get it back.

Do you think he is just playing around with me or does he like me?

may be he is your friend. friends can joke and do such things. but if you like him as you said here. just go and inform him that you like him.

if you wait even a day. you may lose him. bcoz girls like funny guys. so go to him and just inform him that you like him and want to know what he thinks about you.
