Does he see me as more than a friend??

Question

1) -His little bro has told me he likes me/has a crush on me multiple times that he talks about me at home a lot (his bro is 13)

2)-He IMed saying he was going to the movies and that I maybe I could go too

-I thought it was w/ our bunch of friends so I said yes (thought we were carpooling)

-When his family's car pulled up, his whole family was in it!

-Went to the movies w/ his family they sat behind me and him

-His mom said "don't think we're spying on you or anything!"

3) -I told him to come to a band event he said he would never b/c he quit band (hated it) and that it was his bday

-He showed up anyways

4) -I asked him who he liked (via IM) b/c one of my friends liked him

-He made me guess

-I narrowed it down to the girls in the flute section

-Eliminated them to me when I said "is it me?", he said "bye"

-Next day I asked him if he liked me, he said, "yes, why wouldn't I?"

*Don't know if it meant "yes, as friends" or "yes, more than friends"

5) *This is what confuses me

-The last crush he had was for 3 years on this girl (he never dated her, and he's never had a gf)

-EVERYONE knew who he liked he admitted it all the time it was totally obvious

-So if he liked me, wouldn't he do the same thing???

*He doesn't hang out w/ many girls

Yes it does seem from what you have said that he does have a crush on you, but just doesn't know what to do about it.

Its probable, as with this other girl that you said it was obvious he liked, that when he likes someone he can't help but show it, however he is clearly too shy to know what to do about it.

This can either mean that he likes you but he is not ready to take this forward, or he is just shy.

If you like him you should definately try to do something about it, such as ask him out to something fun with just the two of you, like bowling or the cinema, but if he is shy you don't want to push him.

Just get to know him better and if you see the opportunity, ask him about it, and see if he is ready to be more than friends with you :)

OMG he might only like you as a friend but ask him if it is more than that! He will probably be embarassed to come out adn say he likes you so just go with it ! If you don't like him back just say we can still be friends and stuff !

It looks like he sees you as more then a friend. Like he made it so obvious when he said bye when you asked is it me. Trust me, he deffinetly likes you no doubt about it. : )

he likes you because whenever he is around you then he asks you a question he gets nervous then when he doesn't wanna do something but you do he goes anyway (to be with you) and his family sat behind you at the movies, his little bro tells you constantly, yeah that totally brakes the ice! go for it and tell him you like him,.....if you do like him.hope it helped!

I'm a guy so I will make this really simple.  Yes he's interested.

How do I know? That's simple too.  Because you are interested.

Frankly, a woman that shows interest immediately becomes much more attractive / attainable.  For a shy guy, he already knows you are attractive but may not know you are available / attainable for him.  

It's not enough that he knows you are single, all that means is that some other guy could be dating you soon and he'll be right back to comfortable friend who has no chance with ya.  

If you like him, tell him you like him, and I guarantee you will be able to dig yourself out of the "like ya / like ya like ya" paradox.

WOW. Ok it seems he definitely likes you but might not be confident in his abilities with dealing with girls if he had a crush on a girl for 3 years and did nothing about it. So i think you should defiantly find out what his feelings are for you. I don't know from what you said if you like him but if you do you should find out but if you don't break it to him gently.
