Does heat kill mold?

Question

Will heat kill mold, like if i put fabric that has a little bit of mold in the dryer will it kill it? It's not that moldy, just little black spots that I think are mold.

no..heat makes mold grow.

wash in warm water with a 1/2  cup of bleach

might have to do it a couple of times.. you can lay it out in the sun and the sun will bleach it after washing too and kill the mold that way... don't put it in the dryer.. may make the problem worse and add mold to the dryer..ewww

No, mold thrives on heat.
