  1. yes it does...

  2. You bet. It is cyclical.  The longer you live the more you see it happen.

  3. yes how about an example the Ware between Georgia and Russia

  4. Of course....let me provide some examples:

America provides support for Osama Bin Laden so he can defend against the USSR during the cold war. Osama Bin Laden turns around and attacks America.....America gets screwed.

America provides support for Mayanmar after the hurricane. It ends up that Mayanmar's military personell was hording all of the relief goods......America gets screwed.

While China was forming a Republic, there was a scramble for power between Chian Kai-Shek and Mao Zedong. America supports Mao Zedong, then Mao Zedong went on to slaughter all peoples over 30 years of age, scientists, professors, etc........America gets screwed

I could continue but I assume you see the reoccuring theme.

Which is why I ask: Why does America think they need to wipe everyones butts? Let them do it themselves, because they'll just turn around and s***w us anyway.

As a side, let me add the fall of Hitler and the fall of Napolean.

Napolean was defeated by attacking the Russians deep into Russian territory during the winter. This led to the defeat of Napolean on the Eastern Front.

Hitler did the EXACT same thing in WWII. This led to his defeat on the Eastern Front as well.

  5. i don't know, maybe.

please be more specfic on what you mean, its hard to understand.

  6. It does because those who fail to learn from the painful lesons of the past are bound to repeat them in the future.

  7. yes, because too few people learn from the mistakes of the past.

  8. Certain themes do crop up repeatedly and many historical scenarios look rather similar. Superficial similarity can be found if you want to go looking for it. Wars will be fought, economies will fluctuate and people will interact in certain ways - but these are not the wars, economic scenarios nor the people that went before - they are unique individuals & events.

Over time scenarios change to such a degree that the same inputs as those of yesteryear rarely deliver the same outcomes; with such a plurality of factors to consider we can only use the past as a predictive tool to a very limited extent.
