Does holding your tummy in regularly tone your tummy muscles after childbirth?

I have a bad back and can't really do any exercises that would put pressure on my back.

  1. Yes, tense and relax your stomach muscles quite a few times everyday. My sister has scoliosis of the spine and whenever she would boil the kettle she would tense and hold her tummy in a few times while it boiled. Thats how she got rid of post baby tummy. Also watch your posture as well as you can, depending on the condition of your back.
