  1. Homeopathy, allopathy & ayurveda don't work.  Otherwise they would be considered "medicine" rather than "alternative medicine".

Have you had your knees scoped to see if you have loose cartilage dangling behind your patella from the arthritis? They can trim that and fix you knee...

  2. If I understand, the tests for RA and other reports are normal, which is why your doctor gave the diagnosis of "arthritis" (which literally means, inflamed joint).

You would benefit from consulting a homeopath certified to practice classical homeopathy. Homeopathy doesn't require a diagnosis (which can change through the years, depending on your response to various meds and treatments), rather relies on your individualized symptoms alone. Even so, we've had lots of success with RA.

A good starting place is http://www.homeopathicdirectory.com. Given your age, and recent onset, you should experience a good response in a comparatively short time.

  3. Glucosamine worked serious miracles with my arthritic cat....... she plays like a kitten again.

  4. have you checked your calcium level, ayurved can help a lot with the help of yoga , walking can help a lot!

  5. Go to a Naturopathic Doctor. (Not just a "Naturopath")

Try acupuncture regularly. (It didn't work for me but it does for some people)

  6. You have tested positive to the Rheumatoid Factor three times, therefore you need to see a Rheumatologist. Do not mess with it, go to the Rheumatologist and get them to start the treatment asap. My diagnosis was delayed by several years, due to many errors and now it is too late for me to have any treatment. Their is a small window of opportunity at the early stage of RA, where the treatment will knock it on the head, but if you miss this opportunity, nothing they can do. Best of Luck

  7. Have you considered accupunture?
