Does homeowners insureance cover broken windows?

Ok everyone im iam 13 and i broke a glass door what should i do i know i am going to be in VERY BIG touble help!!!!!!!!!!! its in the back as a back door so if there its a quick fix like istulation or sumthing tell me

  1. Homeowners insurance does not cover glass damage. Usually there is a deductible which makes the premium cheaper. So if you broke the window or door glass, go get a job, collect cans and do chores for the neighbors, make enough money to pay for the replacement of the glass and its installation. You might also practice your spelling.


  2. ~~It mostly depends on the policy and a deductible will apply if it is your own home. You need to get some type of wood, or somethhing sturdy to replace the window with. Honestly, don't mess with glass on your own, you need and adult to help you with this. You are gonna need to face the music sometime anyway, you sure don't want to add stitches to your problems!~~
