Does homeschooling count for cal learn?

Im already in home school and want to know if cal learn will except that as my high school so i can get calworks.

I don't know specifically if cal learn accepts homeschooling, but the state of California does.  Last I looked (my son graduated 2 years ago, so I am somewhat out of the loop) there were 4 legal ways to homeschool.  

1) if you are a credentialed teacher

2) if you declare your home as a private school (check with your local county office of education for details)

3) if you belong to a private independent study program

4) if you homeschool through your local district in an independent study program

I have listed California Home School Network so you can look up information.  By the way, my son spent the last few weeks of his schooling in a private school called Beach High School.
