It might cause gastro-intestinal problems (like nausea, bloating), but unless you eat it, there are no calories.

but if you use the hookah for weed it can give you the munchies  big time

Assuming that by "hookah" you mean smoking out of said device, there are no calories, as in there are no carbon sources from which you can make heat.  However, smoking tobacco from a hookah will increase your heart rate and blood pressure and decrease your appetite, which can in turn burn calories.  However, smoking marijuana may very well cause you to be very hungry and devour every last shred of food in your household.

As far as bloating, I have not read anything on the matter, but "anything weird" may very well happen.

it made me light headed but i think thats about it. i don't think it has any calories even if it is sweetened, unless youu eat the tabaco
