Does horse riding definitely break your hymen?

im just wandering...

i used to horse ride regularly, would that mean my hymen has broken? or is the whole 'horse riding breaking hymen' thing just isolated incidents?

or is the whole thing a myth?

 i think that the girls who have broken during intercourse, use horse riding as a reason for getting their hymen damaged.

actually its NOT RARE but u can break it by doin anything
