Does hot pink and blue go together.?

Question

ok so on the first day of school i really want to wear there new plaid blue shorts.

and this hot pink tank top with a white shirt over it.

would that be ok?

the blue is like aquia colored

I think it could look could. It looks a lot like cotton candy though. You could probably pull it off though.
