that site is custom built.  The link to the free 360 on the site will take you to a legit website  to sign up for your 360 if you havent done it already.  I found that the Trainn sites are voted #1 for free stuff.  You can check out Trainn.org or link directly to the free game systems from Trainn at gameconsole4free.game-host.org  It's similar to the blogspot referral but less blog.
