I'm sure that it does.

You may not believe me when I say this,

but often times when I'm asleep I'll have a dream, and usually I don't even remember the dream when I wake up, but sometime during the day, something will happen and I will remember that from my dream. It'll be just a scene, and It'll seem like something I've seen before.

It's really odd, a whole lot of deja vu I guess....

I believe it does.I think everyone has the ability, just not all of us utilize it.
