Does hydoxycut really work if i want to lose 10 pounds?

I eat 3 meals a day will i still lose weight if i take a hydrocxycut before i eat?

  1. I have taken hydroxycut and i have lost a little over 10 lbs, just taking 3 pills a day, instead of the recommended 6. I would eat 5-6 small meals a day, work out by lifting weights or by jogging/going for a walk. The only thing is this, it has cafiene in it. If you are sensitive to it, then buy the kind that does not have cafiene in it. It costs the same amount.  


  2. What people don't realize about pills like this is that you have to work out too, not just eat right and take the pills. If you work out while you are taking hydroxycut then you bet your bottom you will lose 10lbs. So go for a jog at night or something. If you have a gym membership, even better.

    I personally have tried Hydroxycut myself as well, buuut that particular pill didn't work for ME. (Don't know about other people lol) I seemed to lose a few pounds at first, but it was only water weight, not actual fat.

    However, I've been eating healthy and exercising regularly and I've been losing all that stubborn weight. So my suggestion is to not rely on those pills, because they're not all that they're choked up to be. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, or drink water whenever you feel those hunger 'pains'. It could just be that you're dehydrated if you're feeling hungry so soon. Otherwise, some fruits will do just as good, it'll take away your hunger and it doesn't contain any of the fatty no-no's that are in the other junk foods you can eat.

    As for exercise, working out in moderation is the key, but you want to do plenty of cardio to keep your heart pumping. Run, then walk, or perhaps jog if its too hard for you. Keep mixing it up and you'll definitely see results. My own personal routine is just that, plenty of running/jogging, and some brisk walking, and instead of eating chips and dips, I grab a handful of grapes haha. Try vegetables if you're a veggie person, but I know most people would prefer eating those fruits rather than plain vegetables. If you're temped to have those vegetables with something, like ranch dip or the like, then be sure it isn't a whole LOT of it. Cause even that dip can make a difference. ;)

    So in the long run, just keep your meals small (small intake) and you'll be just fine. And keep your heart rate jumping! Sweat that unwanted weight away. ;)  

  4. It will help if you work out and eat right but really all hydroxycut is good for is making you feel like c**p.  It makes you jittery and nauseous.  I ditch the hydroxycut and go for a jog instead :)
