DONT USE HYDROXYCUT! You didnt mention your age, but for anyone it is terrible. You cant sleep, and like with all diet pills, your heart races. It is not good for your heart and can cause problems in the long run. If you are sick of being fat then get some exericse, and eat healthy. Also, watch your portions. Just a little exercise per day to get you started helps, and making small changes in your diet. For instance, instead of chips, eat wheat thins and grapes, apples, string cheese. Switch from white bread to wheat and if you have to have fast food get small EVERYTHING, only drink water, no soft drinks. Good luck!

The basis of any thermogenic (which is what a diet pill is) is to raise your body's core temperature to give you a slight fever. Your body's reaction is to try to cool itself down.... which means your body is working harder, using more calories. Most of the diet pills out there are caffeine pills with some extra added thermogenics like yohimbe. They'll give you more energy, which they're hoping will be used in exercise. They also curb your appetite, but you should never EVER take this as a diet, make sure you eat healthy for your body, 80% of your weightloss depends on your diet.
