  1. No lie.  I am 35.  Smoked for about 15 years.  I've quit several times, with the patch, cold turkey...etc.  I was hypnotized on February 20th.  I had a cigarette when I was in Vegas in April.  Didn't finish it because it tasted like c**p.  And I'm still smoke free!!  You have to mentally really want to do it.  The first 3 days were tough but I'm glad and healthier............now it I could just lose the 18 pounds I gained :)

  2. Well, I personally have never tried it, but I have heard stories from a man, Dr. Jim Wand, who once did not believe in hypnotism but, after having a session, he found amazing results and is now currently a hypnotist. Granted, he might just be trying to sell his hypnotism products, but it is worth checking out. Before you go and pay for a session or something you might want to try out Dr. Jim Wand's free self hypnosis program which can be found here:

    http://www.hypnotism.com/selfhypnosis_pr...

Try it out and see if it works for you. It isn't exactly the same as somebody performing hypnotism on you, but it might be worth a shot. Check it out and see if it works for you.

  3. Hello

    It is very real.

We all enter hypnotic states through out the day, so a normal state of mind.

  4. Not sure if it may work for you? Like most things in life, you must believe in them to reap the benifits. and invariably, people who undertake this practice DO WANT TO BELIEVE, as it is often used as a last resort. Whilst there is no substantiation in the form of medical evidence , there are increasing numbers of people who will endorse this method, as it is not harmful, and is drug free so there can be no visual side effects, lt`s not for me, but try it for the reasons stated. The mind is one of the stongest unknown "powers" still known to mankind, and it can often achieve whatever you want it to!

  5. I have seen it work on other people but personally I have only tried self hypnosis which I find very convenient and effective.

  6. Hypnotherapy is just a scam.  It is nothing at all; it just fills you with faith that the program is helping you.

    Just like religion.

  7. my mother is a hypnotherapist and she no longer does that kind of work any more because well not that much money

i never believed in it and i still dont and i dont respect my mother at all but she has had some patients that have been in real trouble and have had real diseases and after some sessions with her i believe she helped them through whatever they were goin through

and again i personally think hypnotherapy is a load of bullshit but it really helps some people and if your thinkin of visiting a hypnotherapist ill tell you it will only help you if you want to help yurself
