  2. Are you referring to a big chunk of ice floating in the ocean, like what sank the Titanic? If so, then NO, since it is simply frozen water, just like any other frozen water anywhere else in the world... Lettuce though is another matter. Yes, lettuce has nutritional value as do all leafy green vegetables, but not much since lettuce is mostly water.

  9. Not much, but it is a good source of insoluble fiber!

    Insoluble fiber is great. It adds weight to what ever you've already eaten and actually help motility of bowels!
