  1. Yes that's what teamwork is all about, collaborating and listening to what others have to say. If you talk to much your a hog, if you just listen and write down the answers your a log. Either way you teamwork skills need to be fixed, because many people will take advantage of a hog, and others will never pair up with logs. So take the time to listen to others, and if that answer doesn't suit your standard, either suggest a new one, or follow you own path. That does not mean leaving the group mearly compromising with something that you think best suits the question, concern, problem, conflict etc.  


  2. Absolutely.  Listening is learning. If you are narrow minded to get nowhere!

  3. Of course! You have to listen and think about everything. If you're not giving the opposition a chance, don't you think your teammates might think that you won't give them a chance?

    Be fair, and do onto others as you would have them do onto you.
