Does imvu have a virus?

i wanna download imvu but does it make my computer slow or has a virus can i get a virus from chating and sending mail shopping,etc. oh and one more question if do a scan on it would i have to do it weekly after i download it?

I've not heard of any problems with imvu, it's on my work computer's and it doesn't seem to affect it at all, but a safe bet is to scan your comp after installing it, just to be safe, and no, you don't necessarily HAVE to scan, but it's recommended that you do a scan at least once a week, depending on how much you're on the comp.
