  1. I think so. Indefinite means there is not an exact number so it keeps going. Same for infinity.

Sometimes, though, indefinite just means you don't know how long something goes on for, and infinity always means never ending, so while  indefinite can mean infinity, this is not always true, and depends on what you are talking about.
