Does indianapolis have a public tranisit/bus system????

okay so i am thinking about moving fron arizona to indianapolis and i need to know are there public bus systems??? are they reliable??? Do they service most areas??? If someone could let me know & also what is the system called?? So i can look it up on google and dig deeper for more information??? Thanks guys
