  1. Yes

  2. No, unless you put coffee or drink coffee there wouldn't be

        caffeine in instant tea!!!! FUN!!!!

  3. Yes - only herbal teas have no caffeine - unless the actual container specifies 'no caffeine', not very likely though

  4. Unless it says caffeine free, it has caffeine in it.

Instant products like tea, coffee and such are made by actually brewing the drink and getting rid of the water (plus adding preservatives, sweeteners and stuff) so if it was in there to begin with it will be in there at the end.

  5. Instant tea has fewer antioxidants than brewed tea. This is because processing of tea reduces its antioxidant content, and instant tea is more highly processed than brewed tea. Decaffeinated tea also has fewer antioxidants than caffeinated teas.

Brewed tea is a rich source of antioxidants, including flavonoids and catechins. Antioxidants are natural compounds found in many foods. These compounds may protect against tissue damage from free radicals, which may lead to diseases such as cancer and heart disease.

  6. Yes it does unless it is an herbal tea.  Even decaf tea has a small amount of caffeine in it.

  7. Unless it says "caffeine-free", it does.  Even "de-caf" has a slight amount of caffeine.  Your best bet is an herbal tea

  8. It depends what type, check the ingredients to see if it does contain it.

  9. yes it does.  Instant tea is just fresh brewed tea with the water taken out.   But check the ingredients because I think they add worse things than caffeine to instant tea.

  10. Usually fruit & herbal teas are caffeine free.
