  1. Only if it's medically necessary.  I can't figure out how it would be, related to PCOS.

    Cosmetic stuff isn't covered - even if you claim that it's giving you mental stress or leading to depression.


  2. No, not covered because seen as not medically necessary.

  3. If it's not medically necessary, they won't cover it. Laser hair removal is normally considered cosmetic and I've never heard of any insurance that covers cosmetic procedures.

    If they did, I would have gotten a breast augmentation a LONG time ago.

  4. Unless you can somehow find a doctor who can convince them that it is medically necessary for you, than no.
