Does insurance pay for this?

I think I need to go to therapy and I was wondering if Blue Cross pays for it? If not then about how much is it??? Thanks.

Most do.  You will have to read the fine print in your plan though or call the number on the back of your card and ask them.  Usually there are restrictions on the number of times a year they will cover though....like will cover 30 1 hour sessions or 60 half hour sessions(think thats what mine is).  but usally its a decent number that as long as you arent planing on having an hour session every week of the year, you should be ok.

It all depends on your plan. The best thing to do is call your plan administrator and as what mental health benefits are covered by your insurance and what you need to do in order to get a referral.

Most major insurance companies like Blue Cross, have behavioral health plans, which help pay for things like therapy.
