  1. my cousin is pregnant. You should be ok. I think you might jus thave morning sickness. If it doeesnt improve go to a doctor.

  2. Well for one, don't believe the whole "eating for two" thing. You only need to consume an additional 800-1000 calories a day. And with morning sickness...you may throw up anything that you ingest. Water or not. To keep fit, walk a lot. There are also pregnancy friendly excersizes that you can do to keep the rest of your body in shape. Eat healthy foods, but try to stay away from foods that can make heartburn worse. Drink lots of water or juices to stay hydrated, and keep off all that annoying water weight. Otherwise, rest when you can, don't lift things too heavy and keep a positive mind-set. Good luck!!

  3. Sometimes during pregnancy, one may have certain food aversions. It is not at all uncommon for a pregnant woman who once loved a certain food now can even stand the sight of it. About staying healthy while pregnant, it is quite simple. Eat a well balance diet including lots of fresh fruits and vegetables (5-15 servings daily), dairy (2-4), grains (5-10), and meat or meat alternatives (2-3). Consume at least 8 cups of water daily. Limit or completely avoid non-food item such as cakes, pastries, soda-pop, coffee and tea. This diet will also help unnecessary weight gain in pregnancy. Light pregnancy safe exercise is also recommended if oked by your doctor.

  4. Water makes me feel sick even when I am not pregnant, but even more so when I am pregnant. The key is to not drink a lot at one time. When I guzzle water down is when I get nauseous. Just drink some every couple hours.

  5. For some people, yes.  For me, ice water was the best thing since sliced bread, but it had to be ice water.

  6. For some people, water makes them gag even worse.  For me, it is the only thing that keeps the nausea at bay...I drink a ton of fluids now.

  7. If anyone drinks too much water, it'll make them feel like throwing up. Even if you arent preggo. TOO much water can make you sick.
