No. It means you have hemorrhoids,which are basically engorged blood vessels. They can bleed, but they do not necessarily bleed. And if they do bleed,it's usually intermittent. You should check with your doctor because there are preparations you can use to alleviate symptoms and, if they are severe, they can be removed.
