  3. yes, but you will need to present the letter to the Irish consulate in Egypt, then they will give you a Visa according to your letter reason.

    Then the answer is no.

    Egypt is outside the EU so there is no right of residency for non eu nationals in Ireland

    Where a work visa is issued in Ireland to a non EU national this does not normally extend residency to family members
