Does it affect the eye sight if we do work of sust and it falls in our eyes?

It won't affect you eyesight, but it can scratch your cornea leaving you open to infection. If you are working around any flying particles you should be wearing safety glasses. It is a simple solution that will keep your eye safe.

If you do happen to get dust in your eyes try not to blink and never never rub your eyes. Rinse them with cool water to get out the dust. This will reduce the chance of an injury occurring to your cornea.
